Agendas

The agenda for an Ordinary Council Meeting is generally available online after 5:00pm on the Friday prior to the meeting.

A copy can also be obtained from the Shire Administration Office on the Monday prior to the meeting. Agendas, attachments and minutes can be accessed directly through the relevant meeting above.

Public Question
Time

Time is set aside at the beginning of Council meetings for members of the public to ask questions during Public Question Time.

Providing your question in writing assists the Shire to accurately record both the question and response in the meeting minutes.

When required

Special Council
Meetings

Special Council Meetings may be called when Council needs to consider business outside the ordinary meeting schedule.

Public notice will be given of the time, date and location of any Special Council Meeting that is open to the public.
