Charges for Shire services & activities

Council adopts a Schedule of Fees & Charges setting out charges that apply to a range of Shire services, applications, licences, permits, facilities and other activities.

The schedule provides one central reference point for current charges and helps ensure fees published across individual service areas remain consistent with Council's adopted financial documents.

The schedule may include
Planning & development fees
Building applications
Environmental health services
Animal registrations & ranger services
Waste services
Cemetery fees
Facility & equipment hire
Accommodation & other Shire services
Statutory fees & charges

One current schedule

Fees can change when Council adopts a new annual Schedule of Fees & Charges or where a statutory fee is amended.

For this reason, individual dollar amounts are not repeated across the Shire website. The current adopted schedule published at the top of this page should be used when checking the applicable fee.

Reviewed as part of Council's financial planning

Fees and charges are considered as part of the Shire's financial planning and are generally reviewed for each financial year.

When a new schedule is published through the Shire's Document Centre, pages across the website that reference this category can automatically display the updated document.
